Introduction

The drum seasoning machine is mainly composed of a stainless steel rotating drum, a seasoning feeding system, and a control system. During operation, products continuously enter the drum. As the drum rotates, the food tumbles evenly inside, allowing the seasoning to uniformly coat each piece while minimizing product breakage.

The machine is easy to operate and highly adjustable. By setting the drum’s inclination angle, rotation speed, and the amount of seasoning added, you can precisely control the seasoning time and coating uniformity. It can be seamlessly integrated with upstream fryers and downstream cooling conveyors and packaging machines, making it especially suitable for automated production lines for products such as potato chips and French fries.
