Introduction

This machine features a multi-layer stainless steel tray design, allowing materials such as potato slices, fries, and potato granules to be evenly spread on the trays. Steam is uniformly transmitted through the heating plates, providing gentle drying that effectively removes moisture while preventing local overheating, which could cause the product to become overly dry or damaged.

You can flexibly adjust the steam flow, drying time, and single-layer load according to the type, form, and initial moisture content of the material. This makes the machine suitable not only for various potato products but also for a wide range of other food ingredients.
