









The Potato Peeling, Cutting and Blanching Line is an automated processing system integrating washing, peeling, cutting, and blanching. It is suitable for frozen food factories, French fries processing plants, central kitchens, and ready-meal enterprises. The line processes fresh potatoes into strips, slices, or cubes, and through blanching achieves color protection and enzyme inactivation, preparing the product for subsequent freezing or frying processes.
The entire line adopts a modular design with a production capacity range of 500kg/h–3000kg/h and can be customized according to customer requirements. All equipment is manufactured from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring stable operation and compliance with food hygiene standards.
